Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
