Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning and logging stock as it enters or exits the facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to organize the warehouse floor and optimize workflow.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating industrial forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
