Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
