Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform daily inventory checks, stock rotation, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts and equipment before and after shifts.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to optimize workflow and retrieval speed.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment and logging data.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
