Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all outgoing and incoming goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Load Preparation: Safely load orders onto pallets or conveyors for transport.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in scanning and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
