Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently and accurately.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and keep stock organized in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring product integrity and proper documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL Class B or equivalent certification required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems (e.g., RF scanners).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
