Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform pre-shift safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
- Organize stock and maintain a neat, orderly storage area.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
