Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move stock safely.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate timely shipping and receiving schedules.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Keep the warehouse environment organized and clutter-free.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift operation experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
