Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment checks.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated bins.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Handle freight and pallets with care to prevent damage and ensure product safety.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must hold valid certification or be willing to obtain one via our training program).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as required.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
