Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse facility.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, picking, packing, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Training: Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety during operations.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
