Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment.
- Inspect equipment daily for maintenance needs and report any issues immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read shipping labels and pick tickets.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
