Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily cleanup and organization of the workspace to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current OSHA-certified Forklift Operator License.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operation experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
