Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and storage organization.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and handling paperwork.
