Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper securing of cargo.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Move materials to designated storage areas or shipping docks efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be provided at time of interview).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
