Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, and retrieval of materials within our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock verification.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
