Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stack inventory safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of products in designated zones.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
