Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stack materials.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and stockpiling products.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
