Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A/B not required but forklift experience is a plus).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
