Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to move inventory accurately.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but standard for drivers).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends.
