Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL or equivalent) is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
