Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a tidy, safe work environment.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for warehouse roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
