Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately verify and record inventory counts using warehouse management systems.
- Stack and arrange products securely to prevent damage and ensure efficient storage.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic rules within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for inventory logging.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for reliable transportation.
