Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Load, unload, and organize freight in strict compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B) is a plus but not required.
- No prior forklift experience is necessary; we provide paid training for certification.
