Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all inventory is organized and stored according to safety standards.
- Perform regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
