Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to minimize discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security during transit.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
