Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products according to customer orders and pick lists with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan barcodes and update inventory status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
