Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
