Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers and delivery trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks using handheld scanners.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Experience with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
