Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyors (training provided).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
