Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline picking and packing processes.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) with proper certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
