Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently according to safety guidelines and customer specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by cross-referencing picking lists and inventory data.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
