Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established safety and quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and verify shipping information against purchase orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
