Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation knowledge
- Proven track record of reducing operational expenses by 15%+
