Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated freezers and coolers while adhering to strict temperature controls.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork accuracy.
- Willingness to work in cold environments (freezers and coolers) with proper attire.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliability.
