Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory within 250,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-volume retail partners
- Implement stringent safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train on automated conveyor systems and robotic packaging equipment
- Lead quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain detailed electronic records using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience with valid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory scanning systems (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with temperature-controlled environments
- Valid NJ driver's license for equipment operation
