Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and relocate stock within the facility.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the management team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Reno facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a fast-track screening process.
