Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Oversee inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in warehouse management with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and loss prevention
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
