Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate inventory control processes including cycle counts and audits
- Streamline order fulfillment workflows to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics and supply chain initiatives
- Conduct daily operations briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Manhattan, SAP) and inventory software
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
