Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate with management to optimize warehouse layout and streamline operational workflows.
- Handle equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs for forklifts and other machinery.
- Prepare performance reports and manage staffing schedules to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Forklift certification (CP, RF) is required.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
