Responsibilities
- Manage and track high-value inventory with 99.9% accuracy using advanced WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities including receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and material handling best practices
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume material handling or warehouse management
- OSHA-certified forklift operation with clean driving record
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with hazardous material handling protocols preferred
