Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily inventory counts and replenish stock to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality issues and damage before they leave the facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
