Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure cold storage units are kept at the required temperature ranges (below 35°F).
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended shifts.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
