Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards to ensure a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid forklift license).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking software.
