Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and document all movements properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B is a plus but not required).
- Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including standing for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills required.
- No prior forklift experience necessary; we will train the right candidate.
