Responsibilities
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing picking tickets and invoices.
- Operate packaging machinery and handheld scanning devices efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality issues and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail is critical for order accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
