Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately according to pick lists and purchase orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling before shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production quotas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas to facilitate easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
