Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and commercial invoices.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) or shipping software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and clean driving record preferred.
