- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to optimize fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customs teams for seamless operations
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and carrier networks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
