Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance and reach) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and digital logging systems.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFO) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
