Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly and packages are securely sealed for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Perform regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns and errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
